Code of Conduct & Waiver

The Lake County Stars Youth and High School travel baseball programs on building a program that coaches, staff, players, and families can be proud to be a part of. Each player and their parents/guardians are asked to read and understand a code of conduct and a commitment statement each year.

You don't need to print and sign these documents.  You will be asked to provide an electronic signature when you register, confirming that you have fully read, understand and agree.
