Game Binder

Here's a list of documents you should consider having in a binder and bring along to your games/tournaments.

• Copies of birth certificates for your players
• Certificate of Insurance
• League Rules
• Rules for each Tournament
• Pitch Tracking Sheets (required for LSFBL league)
• Roster with Name, DOB, jersey number
• Parent / emergency contact info for your players
