General COVID-19 Precautions

#HEALTHYSTARS #DOYOURPART

When visiting the Stars Training Center, all Stars coaches, players and families must adhere to the following COVID-19 safety rules:

  1. All coaches, players and family members must wear masks inside the STC.
  2. No sharing of equipment or water bottles is allowed.
  3. Place your equipment, backpacks, etc., at least 6 feet away from another player's equipment.
  4. Check your temperature prior to arriving at the STC and stay home if you or anyone in your household has a fever, is awaiting COVID-19 test results, or has any possible COVID-19 symptoms.
  5. Hand sanitizer is available inside the STC, however we encourage you to bring your own hand sanitizer as well.
  6. We ask that you arrive NO EARLIER than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled activity (especially for any group/team activities), and exit the building as soon as possible afterwards.  This will help us make sure we do not exceed overall capacity limits of the facility.

Overall guidance from the IDPH as posted here will be followed:

We appreciate it if you always err on the side of caution.  Please do your part in keeping the STC open, and most importantly helping keep all Stars coaches, players and families safe and healthy.  #HEALTHYSTARS  #DOYOURPART

This is not a political statement, nor is it meant to reflect the views and opinions of the Stars organization. This is simply what we need to do in order to keep the facility open so that our players can continue to improve over the winter and be ready for spring baseball.  We are doing everything we can to keep the facility open for use.  We ask that all members of Stars Nation do the same.
